The Finance Department functions as a coordinating link between all city departments and with agencies and individuals in the public and private sectors regarding all financial issues of the City of Riverbank. It is composed of the Finance Director/City Treasurer, an Assistant Finance Director, Accountant, and four Account Clerks.

 Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

   City hall is currently closed every Friday to the Public



The responsibilities of the Assistant City Manager/Director of Finance is to plan, direct, manage, and oversee the activities and operations of the Finance Department including:

The department also coordinates assigned activities with other city departments and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Manager.
