Memorandums of Understanding

Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) are negotiated upon between the City and each of the City's two employee bargaining groups. MOUs specify work standards, salary and compensation, benefits, leaves, and other employment related terms for each of the bargaining groups.

The current MOUs for the two employee bargaining groups are:
