BIDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS

The City of Riverbank utilizes an electronic service provided by Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) for obtaining project plans and specifications, track planholders list and receive bids.

Through this website link below, potential bidders and builders exchanges can preview current projects at no cost prior to deciding to become a Planholder.  To be considered a Planholder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form at a cost of $30.00.   Prospective bidders must be on the planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.

If you have any questions regarding free membership registration, downloading project information or vBid online bid submittal please contact QuestCDN Customer Support at (925)233-1632 or info@questcdn.com.   Obtaining plans through this website automatically enters the bidder onto an electronic planholders list which will streamline distribution of addendums on behalf of the City.
